Pure Meditative Peace
Pure Meditative Peace helps you to relax and let go of awareness of the body and begin to still the mind. It can help you to develop greater focus and concentration, leading to an enhanced ability to be more in charge of how you feel and what you think. With regular practice, stress and emotional reactions can be reduced and a great sense of balance and calm can be felt. Pure Meditative Peace is a comprehensive than many ‘meditation’ practices. It is a valuable first step towards learning a more in-depth practice such as Pure Meditation.
The course can be learnt in one session and takes about one hour to learn. It includes:
- Handouts to take away
- Short follow-up phone session (1 month later)
- On-going support
You will also learn simple and effective tools and techniques to help you to live more fully in the moment and look after your energy in day to day life.
When to practise Pure Meditative Peace
It is recommended to practise Pure Meditative Peace for a few minutes morning and evening to begin your day in a peaceful and positive state. Also at the end of the day to help give you a peaceful night’s sleep. It can also be practised whenever you feel the need ~ at your desk, before appointments, interviews, meetings or performances, when studying or taking exams, after a hectic day before and after picking the children up from school. It will help to balance blood pressure, reduce the risk of headaches, help relieve pain and tension, and can bring peace, serenity and health.
Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharmaji’s book, ‘Self Realization Through Pure Meditation’ is recommended reading and is included in the price of the course. Once you have booked on to the course, you will recieve your copy.
