Transformation Hatha Yoga is a gentle form of yoga and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. It is healing for the body and mind and helps people of all ages and levels of fitness to increase stamina and flexibility, tone your body, improve posture, release stress and tension and find greater peace and harmony through the use of the breath, Asanas and postural awareness. This form of Yoga aims to help you love and accept yourself and achieve your full potential. Each class ends in a relaxation to assimilate the benefits of the Asanas and to experience a deep relaxation.
Stage 1: Suitable for everyone, including beginners.
Stage 2: For those who have practised Stage 1 and would like to deepen their practice.
One-to-one classes also available.

I currently offer one-to-one yoga classes for those that do not want to attend a class. This is an excellent opportunity to have the class tailored to suit your needs. One session usually takes one hour. Cost depends on distance travelled. Please call to arrange.
